VP of Sales (Enterprise Real Estate Technology Solutions Provider)
Location: Local office or telecommute / home office.
Salary: $90K-$110K base salary, plus commission, stock options, and 100% health care coverage.

Primary Requirements Checklist:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is preferred, but not required.
• Must have 5+ years of experience working at a medium to large sized real estate company. Preferably, candidates that have served as either Director / Vice President of Sales, Account Management, or Business Development at one of the large real estate companies.
• The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology solutions to medium to large sized real estate companies.
• Must be tech savvy, and understand technology in an in-depth manner. The Vice President of Sales will propose new technology solutions to enterprise level real estate clients, custom tailored to the client's specific needs. Candidates don't need to be able to hand code software, but they certainly need to understand the capabilities and potential opportunities to develop technology solutions, platforms, and services for enterprise clients.
• Must have the critical thinking capabilities, and technology know how in order to identify new mobile and other technology products that will meet client objectives, and generate new revenue streams for the company.
• Must be able to convey, and provide technical sales support to clients, helping them understand the benefits of the products and solutions being provided.

I. Position Summary:
Our client is one of the top technology providers to the real estate industry. Their expertise is in the production of videos for real estate listings. However our client provides a host of additional marketing and sales tools and solutions that accompany the produced videos. Our client is the exclusive national video producer for some of the largest organizations in the real estate sector. Our client is seeking a successful Vice President, Sales, Enterprise that will have the experience, contacts and technical understanding to gain our client a foot hold into additional enterprise and major brokerage accounts in the real estate sector.

II. Position Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Sales daily Activities includes overseeing all aspects of sales, account management, business development, marketing, assisting as needed with operations, administrations, and overall cost efficiency, for our client's organization.
• Sourcing New Customers.
• Servicing of existing Customers.
• Assisting in adding agents and brokers for web, social media and mobile products.
• Work with executive team to provide guidance for new products including Web, Mobile and agent loyalty programs The Development and implement of an overall sales plan that takes into account all distribution platform.
• Establish sales territories and quotas for sales team.
• Reporting structure for all enterprise sales staff on a weekly basis.
• Training Sales Force and developing material to allow Sales force to achieve sales goals.
• Achieving personal Sales goals.
• Assist in the development and creation of company sales target and forecast.
• Assist in the creation, development of new products and bring them to market.
• Identify and generate leads.
• Manage prospect pipeline from interest (establishing relationship), development (understanding need), and close.
• Conduct closings for telesales and in-person sales calls in cooperation with sales staff.
• Manage the proposal process.
• Develop and maintain an effective organization through training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of sales staff.
• Implement processes, procedures and reporting.
