As a member of our Team, you will be responsible for providing the best presentation of our community to prospects as well as working with existing residents to provide exceptional service. The Leasing Consultant will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure apartments are properly maintained. They will possess a true passion for customer service.Key Responsibilities1.Show apartments to prospects and provide informative leasing presentations catering to the prospects needs, values and concerns while discussing the features and amenities of our community.2.Provide instructions and assist with the leasing and approval process.3.Follow up with prospects and residents via phone and email. Assuring all leads are actively pursued.4.Able to work in a busy, team oriented work environment and be open to learning new skills as well as crosstraining opportunities.5.Manage leasing opportunities from inception to occupancy.6.Prepare lease agreements, addendums and renewals.7.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts of revenues and expenses.8.This position may include some Saturdays.Education&Experience1.Must have Associates Degree or higher; preference of degree in business and/or real estate.2.ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification preferred.3.Knowledge of Fair Housing Guidelines and Regulations required.4.Strong background in Customer Service and be able to positively impact the residential experience of members of the community.5.Minimum of 1 2 years experience in multifamily industry leasing or related industry is ideal.6.Proficient in networking and building relationships; should be respected within the local community.7.Strong experience with Microsoft Office including Word&Excel, as well as other computer applications.8.Must be able to work under direct supervision as a team member, as well as be able to work independently to complete assigned tasks.9.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and is flexible with changing business needs.10.Must be highly energetic, dependable, administratively strong and detail oriented.11.Willing to agree to a background check and provide references for past experiences.Salary and Benefits1.Full Time, Salaried Position.2.Compensation Based on Experience3.Paid time off, including Vacation, Sick/Personal,&Holidays.4.401k, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance available.
