Today we offer our customers solutions that feature a seamless blend of diverse technologies, ensuring optimal interfaces, along with flexible implementation and real synergy in innovation.   Purpose of the JobThe Manager of Mechanical Engineering is in charge of bringing their own expertise to support our Bids & Projects, developing the mechanicall skills of the engineering department, managing the workload and delivering the mechanical engineering work packages in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD). Responsibilities·        Develop and maintain the expertise and technical knowledge of the mechanical engineering team in the following areas:-Carbody shell-Trucks-Acoustics-Interiors-Doors-Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)-Brakes-Dynamic comfort-Mechanical integration (CATIA)·        Commit the Mechanical Engineering Department in the bids & projects in terms of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).·        Manage the resources of the Mechanical Engineering department with strong focus on productivity·        Be a key member of the entire Engineering Department and be committed to team work, proactiveness and transparency·        Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by supervisor/manager. Any interpretation/clarification with responsibilities above will be settled by the supervisor/manager.
