Today we offer our customers solutions that feature a seamless blend of diverse technologies, ensuring optimal interfaces, along with flexible implementation and real synergy in innovation. Mission & Responsibilities Deploys Supplier Quality Assurance requirements in product & process development and warrantyin accordance with Sourcing and project organization 1 –SPQD plans development from tender phase till FAI Go-is responsible at tender phase to communicate and validate quality specifications and SPQD plan in anticipation with suppliers-manages the SQS phase till the Business Award in coordination with sourcing, validate the relevant waivers- performs SPQD plan by setting-up relevant actions plan all along the product / process development to reach Supplier FAI go on time-applies the application of the DFQ process and validates each milestones-is responsible to perform the handover with SQA-manages warranty issues linked to suppliers in collaboration with Project warranty responsible 2 –Management, performances and reporting-informs SPQD manager, Sourcing and Industrial and engineering / projects entities about the main issues, increment ROE-reports about his activity, manages his indicators (example visual management)-participates in the management of yellow suppliers status-ensures his required qualifications to have the right level of expertise 3 –Contribute to continuous improvement program-proposes good practices• contributes for APSYS roadmap’s SPQD related questions. 4 –Is the referent for assigned commodities-Support and drive other SPQD Engineers assigned to the same commodities, in terms of commodities expertise• contributes to grow up knowledge and expertise of all the SPQD Team assigned to the same commodities Educational requirementsEngineering / Master degree level or equivalentTechnical Knowledge / Experience·   3 to 5 years’ experience in SQA , SPQD , Production management, engineering or industrial·   Fluent in English·   Understanding of technical interdependencies·   Knowledge of quality tools ( problem solving tools, Quality Walls, etc.)Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies·    Leadership·    Strong communication skills·    Persuasive and motivating people·   Organized & reactive·   Committed·   Result oriented·   Team player·   Customer focus Travel time expected: 50 to 60% of working time.Alstom is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer of Women and Minorities.  Alstom is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer of Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.Alstom is a drug-free workplace. .
